IncrediblyI bought it as a replacement for my grandson's old scooter that he had thrown out, and it was a huge upgrade. This X11+ scooter is incredibly fast. I rode it once and it was nice and smooth. This is a great purchase.

Great scooter!I received it yesterday! I've had an e-bike and I've loved it! Out of curiosity, I want to try an electric scooter. I did many research of scooters brand and finally decided on YUME, because it offers the best value for money. Trying out the scooter was a fantastic experience, and I really love it.

Awsome customer service !Yume stands by their product! Yume has went to great lengths to make sure that any and all warranty issues are dealt with in a timely manner. I was unsure at first if I should chance purchasing this scooter online. I was hesitant in not knowing if I would receive any customer service if a future problem were to arise. An issue did arise and they made sure that all my needs and repairs were fulfilled. They were in contact with me every step of the way to insure that all my concerns and issues were resolved. They first did some troubleshooting with me to resolve the problem, when they realized that it was a defective part they took ownership with it and sent a replacement part. WonderfulI received this scooter today. Scooters are wonderful. I've owned several YUME scooters in the past, but the X11+ is another level of greatness. Everything inside is perfect. The quality is excellent, and the gold color of the appearance is my favorite, very fast, the top speed can reach 46-50mph, and it feels great to ride.

Awesome ScooterI bought the black X11 and it had a few issues so Yume swapped it out with the gold one and it’s pretty awesome. When I ride it, people literally stop what they’re doing and look at the scooter. I’m 250lbs and I got up to 55mph with throttle to spare. It could have easily done 60mph. It was really smooth at high speeds. For the price, you can’t go wrong. I’m very happy with my gold X11.

Awesome quality and valueI have 700 miles so far on my X11 plus and it has been great. Gets up to the claimed speed of 50mph a d also the range 60 miles. You simply won't find any other sub 2k scooter out there that compared. I love the fact that a Samsung battery is used. The full deck lights are programmable to your liking which is great......Great scooter YUME 👍💯
