I’ve been lifting weights and going to the gym since I was in middle school (1985). This is a great value for the money and an excellent set. If you don’t want to bother with a crowded gym scene. You don’t need much room in your house at all. My only fear is that once I get back into it, these will be too light for me…

Very pleased with this product! After reading a few reviews I took the risk and decided to purchase this product. Using these is very easy, you adjust the knob on the side to the desired amount of lbs of your choice. So far I've used them alot and don't drop them as to not damage the locking mechanism. Bowflex surprised me with this product and I am very pleased.

After using these for 6 months, I decided to post a review. I used these on average 2 to 3 times a week and haven't had any issues. There's not much to say. They work exactly as advertised. You pick them up and put them down. These are great for saving space and are quick and easy to adjust the weight settings. The weights are slightly bulky meaning you may have to modify a few exercises that normally require a closer group. Also, I wish the grippy material on the handles were longer for a better overall grip. Overall, I definitely recommend these. The way I think about it, I would spend the same amount on a 1 year gym membership, but I am more likely to use these than go to the gym since they are located in the convenience of my house.

THE vital piece for any home gym. Super versatile and sturdy. You do pay for it though, but compared to a weight rack it's worth both the money and the space they save. Buy

I am so glad I purchased these well designed, adjustable dumbbells. If you have been to a gym that employs the other similarly functioned versions of this product, they most likely were in a block/square format, making certain types of lifting feel very awkward. Not only do these feel just like regular dumbbells from the gym, the locking mechanism is super slick and putting the weights back just works. All around an amazing product.
